Ingredients
- Nettle, herb (Urtica dioica, Urtica sp., herba) 1.5 g.
Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. The infusion is drunk warm. One cup is served 3 times a day.
