Preparation
Pour boiling water (0,25 l) over 1 tea bag (2 g) and leave it to infuse 8 - 10 min in a covered cup. Do not boil. Prepare immediately before use.
For infants under 1 year of age, give the tea reasonably warm, by spoonful or from a baby bottle.
Children from 6 months to 3 years drink 1 cup daily.
Children from 3 years drink 1 cup 2 to 3 times a day.
