- Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis, flos) 1.5 g
Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. The infusion is drunk warm. One cup is served 2-3 times a day.
