Ingredients
- Goat's rue herb (Galega officinalis) (30 %)
- Fennel, fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) (20 %)
- Dill fruit (Anethum graveolens) (20 %)
- Lemon balm, herb (Melissa officinalis)
- Oregano herb (Origanum vulgare)
Preparation
Pour boiling water (0.25 l) over 1 tea bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 8 min in a covered cup. Do not boil. Prepare immediately before use.
Tea is drunk 2-3 times a day. Do not boil.
Always prepare it fresh, immediately before use.
