- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) 1.5 g
Preparation and dosage
Pour boiling water (0.25 l) over 1 tea bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes in a covered cup. Do not boil. Prepare immediately before use. The infusion is drunk warm. One cup is served 3 - 5 times a day.
